Building on the success of the last three years of New Zealand’s dedicated legal technology event, LawFest 2017 is being held in Auckland on 17 May 2017. It’s not just ‘another conference’ – it is the one event of the year legal professionals should attend to discover how technology and innovation can impact them, their firms and their clients.
The multi-stream programme has been designed for all legal professionals, and at any level – from those new to legal technology who are just starting to innovate in their firms, through to those currently leading the way and are at the forefront of legal innovation, and everyone in-between.
The event is tailored specifically to the needs of lawyers, support staff and management from within law firms, corporate organisations and government agencies.
If you are interested in innovation and technology to drive efficiency in your practice then LawFest is the event for you.
With more focus on innovation as well as technology we’ve created the brand to better reflect this new direction. We’ve made some significant changes to the event to ensure delegates and exhibitors continue to benefit year on year, and to cater to those just starting on their technology journey.
This year we have established an Advisory Panel consisting of leading legal and technology professionals to help develop an engaging and enjoyable programme. The panel has an excellent cross section of expertise, helping us to deliver an event focused on how technology and innovation can drive efficiency in your practice and ensure the day is valuable for all delegates.
The programme and speakers will be rolled out over coming weeks, and finalised at our launch event in February 2017. The expanded programme will include multiple session streams featuring all new topics and speakers, which promise to be stimulating and thought-provoking, including legal technology experts, practitioners and leading innovation thought leaders from New Zealand and abroad.
You can keep up to date with the latest speaker and programme announcements on the LawFest website.
I hope you can join me at LawFest in Auckland on 17 May 2017.
