Since its launch, EDRM has comprised more than 270 organizations, including 174 service and software providers, 68 law firms, three industry groups and 24 corporations involved with e-discovery and information governance.

The EDRM was the focus of the inaugural New Zealand eDiscovery Conference as the event went back to the basics of eDiscovery. The sessions looked at each stage of the industry standard EDRM, together with how it fits with the new High Court discovery requirements. In Tom’s keynote address he will run delegates through the EDRM process and the best practices to facilitate a more effective eDiscovery process.

In addition in 2013, Tom was recognized as one of the Top 50 Big Law Innovators of the Last 50 years by The American Lawyer.

Tom’s wealth of experience working in other jurisdictions, as well as working with law firms, corporates and service providers will be of considerable value to share with the delegates at the conference.

The 2nd Annual New Zealand eDiscovery Conference is presented by E-Discovery Consulting and Ernst & Young. The conference has now developed into New Zealand’s leading eDiscovery and legal technology conference, providing a platform for New Zealand legal professionals to develop their knowledge in this fast-changing area.

The event will build on the success of the inaugural New Zealand eDiscovery Conference earlier in 2013 which attracted over 100 participants and was hailed as a great success by attendees.
