Paper still plays a significant part in the discovery process for most organisations. We can manage all of the scanning and coding requirements to comply with the High Court discovery rules.
The scanning and coding of documents can present a significant burden. We can take manage these processes to allow you to focus on the issues of the case.
Our scanning and coding service can include:
- Arranging for the scanning of all of documents
- Managing the coding (i.e. manual classification) of your documents to comply with the listing and exchange protocol
- Delivering your documents in a format that can be loaded to your eDiscovery software (e.g. Summation, Everlaw, EDT, Relativity, Nuix Ringtail, LawFlow etc)
- Access to eDiscovery software if required, or delivery of scanned documents on a storage device (e.g. USB/CD/DVD) or via a secure online site
- Preparation of the Affidavit of Documents and the corresponding storage device containing the documents (e.g. USB/CD/DVD) and the discovery list in accordance with the High Court discovery rules for delivery to other parties.
