A frequent question I have from people is where can I find the new discovery rules. I know the new discovery rules (especially the Discovery Checklist and the Listing and Exchange Protocol), can be difficult to locate on the NZ Legislation website. Hopefully our new page devoted to the new rules will provide an easy point of access for those wanting to find the new discovery requirements.
