Sponsorship opportunities still available

January 30th, 2014

There are still sponsorship opportunities available for organisations that want to be part of New Zealand’s leading eDiscovery and legal technology event. The 2nd Annual New Zealand eDiscovery Conference is taking place at the Stamford Plaza in Auckland on the 19th of March 2014.

We have been fortunate to attract leading eDiscovery providers with Nuix, EDT, Law In Order, Recommind and Symantec confirmed to sponsor the event so far. We are also in final discussions with further providers to confirm their participation in the event – we will be able to make further announcements over the coming weeks.

In addition we are already had numerous software and service providers register to attend the event, so they can see first-hand the growing interest in this evolving area. A significant proportion of these are New Zealand software and service providers that may not have previously catered for the legal industry, but are using the conference as a platform to investigate further business opportunities.

Why sponsor?

Participation in the event through sponsorship is a great opportunity for providers to obtain greater brand awareness amongst New Zealand law firms, barristers, in-house legal counsel and government departments.

In New Zealand there is considerable demand for practical and cost effective support to help firms manage information in this digital age. Largely due to the exponential increase in electronic information, many of these firms are finding the challenges are continuing to increase without the necessary expertise in house and the right tools to address these challenges.

Unlike some legal technology events, the 2nd Annual New Zealand eDiscovery Conference will again look to attract a high proportion of lawyers and decision makers. In 2013, 70% of attendees were lawyers, and with the numbers registered so far it looks like we are on course to replicate this figure.

The programme features new topics and speakers, including leading eDiscovery experts and practitioners from New Zealand and abroad. The updated list of confirmed topics and speakers is available on the event webpage.

In taking the event to another level this year we have added a networking drinks function to conclude the conference this year. Delegates and sponsors will be able to interact and discuss the key talking points of the day, together with making connections for future opportunities.

We still have a number of our sponsorship opportunities available, whilst we are always happy to tailor any sponsorship package to suit the needs of the sponsor.
