Global eDiscovery provider LDM Global has recently expanded into Australia and has opened a new data centre in Sydney.
The Sydney data centre complements the data centres that LDM Global has in the United Kingdom and the United States. The official press release from LDM Global is available here.
The new Sydney data centre allows LDM Global to expand its global reach in eDiscovery by offering clients a competitive advantage in the Asia‐Pacific region. LDM Global provides clients with the option of multiple eDiscovery tools, tools that are now available within 3 data centres. Being able to store data in Australia, allows LDM Global to meet the needs of their clients and their data privacy requirements.
For LDM Global CEO & President Chris O’Reilly he has now gone full circle, setting up a datacentre in his home country.
I am sure the Sydney datacentre will provide another quality option for the Australian market. The LDM Global data centre will also be another option for New Zealand firms, with many already using eDiscovery services hosted out of Australia.
It will be interesting to see the impact that LDM Global will have on the eDiscovery landscape ‘down under’.
